Provide clinical services in coordination with the multi-disciplinary team consistent with Hazelden's Standards of Care. Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, provide clinical coaching, as assigned, to students and interns to facilitate development of clinical competency and ethical practice.
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent licensure; MN LADC required, or permit acceptable; one or more years of experience in chemical dependency counseling required; computer skills required; typing skills of 30-40 wpm desired; minimum two years freedom from chemical use problems; 30 hours of classroom instruction in adolescent development required; experience with youth ages 14-25 is desired.
