Customer Education is key to the dunnhumby strategy to create measurable value by raising our clients’ organizations capabilities to be centered on the customer by helping our clients turn brilliant insight into sustainable action.


Support the design and delivery of customer-centric training and support for multiple dunnhumby solutions. The goal is to increase the adoption and internalization of dh solutions that embed the customer in decision making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Management System (LMS) · Manage the Kroger and CPG client Learning Management System (LMS) which includes: course, attendee and content management, evaluation reporting and global development/enhancements
· Monitor and ensure LMS system data accuracy; troubleshoot technical issues with global counterparts
· Upload, test and assign all content (including eLearning courses) in the LMS
Customer Education Operations · Ensure workshop materials are printed, collated and ready for use for instructor-led courses
· Manage all course training materials (online and offline) and assist instructors in preparing for courses
· Find ways to streamline training processes and share best practice with global Customer Education coordinators.
· Interact with Kroger and MP Client leads as well as other key stakeholders on a consistent basis
· Act as first line contact for suppliers and Kroger regarding dunnhumby training courses and e-learning
· Coordinate communication on attendance, completion and effects of training (increase in solution usage)
· Input/Manage course feedback results from courses to share with relevant departments
· Collaborate closely with TSC as main point of contact for training room support issues (i.e. projector issues, laptop issues, etc)
· Manage training vendor relationships as appropriate
· Responsible for purchasing and inventory management of training supplies
· Assist instructors in managing course pre-work / pre-requisites

· Highly motivated individual, willing to accept responsibility and to continuously learn
· Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with all levels of management
· Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner, personal contact
· Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
· Strong technical aptitude – proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Strong customer service orientation
· Previous training event management experience desirable
· Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
