This position is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all of the corporate functions of the Bank to ensure efficient operations and financial results. Will oversee budget; compliance with audit and Sarbanes Oxley controls; advertising/marketing program; mortgage loan accounting; and maintaining the Banks public image.
