College degree with contemporary theological education. Prefer certification with accredited organization, i.e. NACC/APC. Experience in hospital chaplaincy or chaplaincy in other settings preferred. 3 years chaplain or related field.
Ability to take weekly overnight on-call shifts. Also, the ability to explore new avenues of spiritual care apart from the inpatient climate.
