Job Description
Position Description: Project Manager/Business Analyst for Wholesale Client Onboarding Major Programs Tools & Technology. Responsible for:

- Defining the implementation roadmap for WCOB in partnership with others on the program and with other programs, specifically focused on Client Due Diligence

- Acting in partnership with Technology, Operations, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Legal, Tax, and Front Office Management to achieve program goals. Including but not limited to the decommissioning of non-strategic systems, the re-engineering of business process and usage of tools, eliminating manual workarounds, implementing single processes as much as possible, and ensuring the WCOB Operations team is supported on a common platform that meets regulatory requirements

- Responsible for ensuring the program’s deliverables fulfill the agreed requirements of all lines of business

Work in partnership with fellow Product Delivery team members as part of a globally dispersed operation (infrequent travel may be required)


- Solid experience in financial services project/change management

- Experience and knowledge of Client Due Diligence/Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering and/or client onboarding, obtained either through an Operational role or through analysis on a change program dealing with those subjects

- Proven track record: must have led significant product delivery, technology and/or process re-engineering projects successfully

- Passion for the agenda: strong desire to make a quick impact to the organization through a successful project

- Leadership and drive: well-honed ability to develop, to obtain agreement on, and to lead execution of a global agenda

- Partnership and relationship management: must have ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with numerous teams and key stakeholders

- Project management and execution: must organize quickly and execute the agenda to meet short-term and longer-term deliverables

- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to present concise, direct and timely communications to executives, management and key partners. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

- Experience on global / multi-site projects including facilitation of workshops with remote participants and rationalisation of regional requirements

- Business Process Modelling and techniques including production of Use Case Models, detailed Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, State Diagrams and Logical Design Models is desirable
