In this position, you will report to the Vice President Specialty Claims. This leadership position is responsible for representing Claims in the new product development process, and developing claim management strategies specific to new programs and products working closely with the Marketing and Strategic Products Teams.
This position is responsible for collaborating with leaders in the Claims Organization to implement and drive strategic product strategies with ultimate accountability for results. In addition, you will be responsible for successful execution of those claim management strategies and for continually communicating with leaders in the Claims Organization and Strategic Product leadership to strengthen results. You will be recognized as the Claims product expert by business partners and actively engaged with them to ensure claim strategies are understood and an integral component of the business plans/objectives.
Qualifications - Education:
Required: - Bachelor’s degree with related claims experience.
Qualifications - Work Experience:
Required: - Seven plus years of insurance claim experience in commercial liability, specialty or professional liability claims. Experience with employment practices liability claims. Experience with GL coverage and/or experience adjusting GL claims. Strong primary claims background, including experience in developing procedures and guidelines.
Desired: - Working knowledge of multi-line claims management.

Required: - Expert knowledge of Data Management & Analytics. Sound analytical skills in terms of functional, technical and financial information. Understand and effectively analyze HSB coverage forms. Strong understanding of reserve accuracy relative to claim exposures.

Required: - Strong leadership skills in terms of teaching, guiding, coaching and developing staff. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
