LOCATION: San Francisco International Airport
REPORTS TO: CLEAR Airport General Manager
SUMMARY: This position is fast paced; customer focused, and designed to help enhance the airport travel experience for registered flyers, while upholding the integrity of airport security. The CLEARsupervisor Trainee will assist CLEARmembers in an expedited security check-in process. In addition, the CLEARsupervisor Trainee will assist non-members with the enrollment process. We are looking for extremely customer focused and technology saavy CLEARattendants, with previous supervisory experience, who enjoy meeting and helping people and possess a keen awareness for security, technology and leadership.

The CLEARSupervisor Trainee will assist the CLEAR Supervisors and General Manager in accomplishing the goals of the city in terms of customer service, team development and training, and budget management. In addition, the CLEAR Supervisor Trainee will provide coverage for CLEAR Supervisors due to scheduling constraints. The goal of the CLEAR Supervisor Trainee position is to develop future leaders to support the company growth.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a high energy level, pleasant facial expressions, eye contact, good listening skills, and anticipate the needs of the customers.

INFLUENCING OTHERS: Ability to speak with confidence and knowledge regarding the benefits that CLEARmembers experience. Understands the importance of educating customers as a means of growing the business. Demonstrates strong technical skills and knowledge.
BUILDING STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS: Finds opportunities to work as a team. Anticipates needs of co-workers, customers, and business partners and strives to create effective relationships.
COMMUNICATION: Speaks clearly with confidence and proper grammar. Is mindful of verbal and non-verbal communication. Checks for understanding and clarifies information when necessary.
FLEXIBILITY: Is capable of working a variety of schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. Understands the needs of the business and makes personal accommodations when necessary.
ENERGY: The position requires standing for a majority of the shift. Must be capable of maintaining a fresh and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the work shift.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.

Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification
Display Area (SIDA) Badge.

Proficient with computers and technology.

Regular attendance and punctuality.

Well groomed and able to maintain a professional uniform appearance according to established standards.

Pass a ten (10) year background check, pre-employment drug test, and
Criminal history records check (CHRC).

Legally eligible to work in the United States.

IT, Hospitality and/or Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
