College degree or 3-5 years related business experience; must attempt FINRA Series 6 exam within 90 days and acquire within 180 days of employment; LOMA preferred

Performs all service functions necessary to administer the individual life business in accordance with Company contracts. Understands and anticipates the needs of customers to deliver service that meets or exceeds their expectations. Must be able to perform/prioritize multiple tasks and maintain service standards.
Obtains and analyzes data from various sources to provide accurate and complete responses to agents and clients. Communicates with agents and clients, both verbally and in writing, to discuss and resolve service issues.
Identifies and resolves procedural and system related problems that directly impact the service provided to agents and clients. Coordinates with individuals in other areas of the Company as necessary to resolve problems, remaining responsible until resolution. This includes the daily use of and timely follow up of error reports to identify billing, annual statement and correspondence problems. Ensures money received is applied to customer accounts in a timely manner, this includes monitoring and clearing of suspense accounts within the established service standard.
Represents team/department on various committees and/or special projects to enhance individual or team performance. Facilitates a team environment in all areas of responsibility.
