This position provides financial data analyses, reporting, and forecasting to identify and support opportunities and initiatives enabling the business unit to reach revenue growth objectives. This includes regular extraction and analysis of financial data and reports from internal systems. Direction and leadership of reporting associate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Extract and analyze data from internal systems to create financial revenue reports of trends, forecasts, variances and to identify opportunities for revenue growth initiatives for the business unit.
Complete analysis for the business unit customers in aggregate, or segmented by vertical industry, market or sales territory with assurances of quality.
Also, collects, compiles, analyzes, summarizes, and regroups industry codes, pricing information, and other billing data as needed. Makes internal pricing recommendations based on analyses.
Accountable as liaison to Sales Operation and provides principle support for business unit Default Pricing and Pricing Standardization.
Provides support for completion and distribution of the business unit’s annual Plan and sales rep territories. Coordinates plan transfers as needed. Updates, maintains, and monitors business unit’s territory to plan reconciliation. Provides data for reporting results of sales contests and commission incentives.
Oversees Expiring Pricing and Accounts Receivable reports to ensure minimal expired pricing adjustments and bad debt write-offs. Monitors past due balances, researches billing, identifies ways to improve internal business unit processes related to expiring pricing and A/R aging.
Liaison to our Marketing Department for marketing campaigns involving the business unit’s customer segment.
Supports sales team and answers customer and sales staff questions/resolves issues on an as needed basis.
Provides project management support to the business unit leaders, as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred.
Must be knowledgeable, or have a background, in Sales and/or Credit Industry.
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and Access.
Experience with internal systems (Vista, Tubs, Vdirect, BID, MRD, InTouch) highly preferred.
Self-motivated and takes initiative.
Strong analytical skills.
Time management, project management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
