This posting is for all Clinical Nurse Entry positions. For Spring 2013, a single application will allow candidates to select four areas of nursing for which to be considered. Click here for the link to our brief descriptions of all the units. Candidates should be aware that not all units listed will be hiring new May 2013 graduates. Units that will not be hiring are noted in the descriptions.
The posting will remain active from Friday, January 18th until Friday, February 8th. Review of applications will begin immediately. After February 8, candidates that are selected to interview will be notified by phone and/or email to be scheduled for face-to-face interviews at the Hospital. Interviews will be scheduled for one of the following of six dates: February 28, 29, March 1, 6, 7, and 8.
- Expected graduate from an accredited Bachelors of Nursing program.
- Must be licensed in the state of Kansas before beginning employment.
- Must have an American Heart Association basic life support (BLS) or an American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
- Other certifications may be required depending on the nursing unit.
