We are currently seeking multiple dynamic Clinical Support Specialists to join our team at in Providence, RI. The Clinical Support Specialist will work closely with clinical staff to assist with specific case management functions that involve detailed planning and coordination.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist clinical staff with identifying and maintaining members’ statuses and updates.
  • Serve as initial point of contact for members and providers.
  • Responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly and periodic reports.
  • Make outreach calls to members, providers and community agencies.
  • Assist with various administrative management needs.
Position Requirements:

Education : High School Diploma required plus three years of experience working in a healthcare environment with a high level of customer service. AA degree and four years of experience preferred.

Licensure : None Required

Relevant Work Experience: At least three years of progressive experience in customer service or healthcare required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
  • Assessment & treatment plan development experience.
  • Care Management experience
  • Knowledge of state and local resources and services
