Strong competency with CDO/CLO to execute warehouse documentation, processes and tie-outs.
Responsible for conducting required compliance module tests
Responsible for the satisfactory completion of tie-out trustee reports.
Calculation of OC/ IC, WAS, WAC, WARF, CCC, Discount Obligations tests and haircut, etc.
Application of loan, bond and swap assets knowledge for documentation and execution of Credit Agreement and Agent Notices, etc.
Perform cash management functions
Strong knowledge and application of WSOWeb and WSO Compliance
Specific knowledge and interpretation of CDO Indentures, business related documentation and Agreements.
Perform detailed analyses for the interpretation of complex information.
Work independently and make educated judgment decisions pertaining to the business
Excellent EXCEL skills – V lookup and Pivot tables for intricate data analysis, compilation and reporting.
Exercise of discretion when interfacing with external parties in support of the business.
Strong Knowledge of Moody’s and S&P credit ratings and notching mechanism

Additional Requirements:

Undergraduate degree
Experience at a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm or other relevant experience
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Ability to work well as part of a small, tightly knit team
Proactive go-getter

Ability to perform in a high pressure fast paced working environment as a team player.

IDEAL SKILL SET / INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: (absolute requirements)

Experience working in a Buy-Side Shop
Supported CLOs with the Investment Guideline Monitoring (IGM) function
Prior Trustee/Trust Services experience from a primary bank, supporting CLOs
Ability to read & comment on Indentures critically, from an Operational perspective

Ability to identify the Data, Programming, stakeholders, and other factors related to executing the Trade.
