The CMT Senior Manager can expect the following:
  • Ensure rigorous project management and communications to the client on status, risks and issues
  • Take primary responsibility for the overall client relationship, including ongoing sales and growth of this area of the client account
  • Provide the industry context, interpretation and tailoring across the relevant Accenture offerings in these areas to deliver an holistic analysis and design to meet the client needs
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years consulting experience

Minimum 5 years Communications, Electronics and High Tech, or Media and Entertainment industry experience

Minimum 5 years project management experience

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills:
Relevant Communications, Media, and Technology industry experience with the understanding of market players and dynamics/issues while having a point of view about the industry future, trends, and success factors

Relevant Aerospace and Defense industry experience with the understanding of market players and dynamics/issues while having a point of view about the industry future, trends, and success factors

Proven ability to create and seize Business Opportunities: Making key contributions to formulation and preparation of proposals and ideas for new service offerings.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment

Proven ability to organize and direct quality work efforts: Providing and maintaining clear sense of direction and focus.

Demonstrated history of driving to add value: Maximizing benefits/value for clients and Accenture.

Proven ability to analyze and solve poorly defined problems: Generating insightful and practical solutions to complex or unusual problems.

Demonstrated history of building and applying skills and capabilities: Staying current on key technical and functional areas, extending industry, business and leadership skills, and sharing this expertise with others.

Demonstrated history of maximizing team performance: Creating an environment that supports individual growth and high-performing teams (client/customer and Accenture).

Proven ability to anticipate and handle critical situations: Anticipating and managing the immediate and longer-term consequences as issues arise or circumstances change. − Builds and Sustains Client Ownership and Commitment: Strengthen long term client/customer commitment and by maximizing support and trust from all parts of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate solutions and resolve conflicts: Driving for pragmatic and win-win solutions to issues that reinforce/support relationships and set appropriate precedents.

Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven ability to establish personal credibility with clients/customers and others: Demonstrating expertise, professionalism, integrity and confidence.

Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
