As part of the Cybersecurity and Enterprise Solutions Operating Unit within the Defense Technologies Division, Northrop Grumman is hiring for positions supporting the Navy and the CNIC Command, Control, Communications & Protection (C3P) Ashore (N61) PSNet Information Technology (IT) Solutions and Services. The candidate will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. This is an on-call position and will work as needed.

Position is contingent upon award and/or customer approval.


Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree in Computer Science or other related field with 2 years of experience. Additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Secret Security Clearance required, may start with an interim secret security clearance.

IAT Level II

Must be able to deploy domestically and internationally within 48 hours notice and for up to several weeks at a time.

Preferred Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance

Preferred candidate will have technical skills and abilities in system design and implementation, as well as demonstrated skills in supporting Navy Mission-Critical Public Safety environments and networks (e.g., relating to Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, emergency dispatch support, emergency radios, and emergency management program support).

This position is an on-call position.
