Work as part of a growing team, and provide strategic direction, some technical support, customer service, and marketing for alumni relations and select development initiatives. Build new websites and add content to existing sites following specified formatting and design criteria. Create and manage opportunities for online engagement of BU alumni. Communicate directly with users to resolve difficulties with these Services. Provide in-house technical support and training for all products within Development and Alumni Relations Communications. Work with the Associate Director of Alumni Online Engagement, Alumni Networks and other Marketing and Communications and Development and Alumni Relations staff members to ensure timely updates and on-going maintenance of websites and online services.
