Communication Specialist position in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area.
The Communications Specialist:
Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
Establish a rapport with each caller
Interview callers to obtain specific, relevant details of the situation
Accurately document all information provided regarding the situation
Comply with any and all client and departmental requirements
Compose complete and accurate reports
Work a varied schedule as required within a 24/7 operation to meet staffing needs and service levels
Initiate outbound calls for Anything2Say Exit Interview Service
Requirements
Bi-lingual is preferrable...Spanish and/or Portuguese
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish and/or Portuguese fluently
Demonstrated interviewing and report writing skills
Ability to speak clearly and enunciate correctly
Ability to multi-task
Bachelors Degree or an Associate's Degree with one year minimum experience in a related field or a High school graduate or equivalent with three years minimum experience in related field
