In conjunction with the Ph.D. level Psychologist and the Intensive Behavior Team, provide support to individuals and their families to implement the established behavioral support plan. Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is strictly maintained concerning all agency related information.
•Complete face to face intake and family assessment of the Functional Behavioral Analysis for all individuals newly referred to the Intensive Behavior Support Program.
•Develop and implement the behavioral support plan with individuals and their families and ensure the fidelity of the plan for this family unit. Revise as necessary.
•Provide individual and families short term supportive, cognitive behavior therapy to support the family unit.
•Train family members in the use of positive behavior supports as needed.
•Attend site specific staff meetings as necessary.
•Ensure billing is done in a timely manner and units of service are maintained to maximize funding.
•Complete the necessary paperwork such as clinical notes, documenting behavior support services provided
•Complies with all agency policies and procedures
•Other duties as assigned
