Coordinates and delivers outreach, referral, and support services to persons with disabilities or disadvantaging conditions in the SeminoleCounty area. Assist with job placement needs and coordinate appropriate services with community providers.. Must have experience with social services in SeminoleCounty and be able to market the program. Should have experience with job placement techniques and local employers. Must have experience with people with special needs. Excellent interpersonal skills, good computer skills, organized and a self-starter. Must be able to evaluate information and discern the needs of clients with barriers to employment or other needs. Must communicate well, verbally and in written form. Must be familiar with community resources and services. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, education, Social Sciences, or related field. Must have at least two (2) years experience in social services or related field.
