We currently have an opening for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst who will be primarily responsible for the administration and management of the electronic ImageNow personnel record system, maintenance of Job Descriptions in the GPS Performance Management System, approval of pending compensation related transactions in Lawson Management Self Service, Nursing Career Ladder Movements, the Tuition Assistance, Certification Reimbursement, PTO Buy Back program and Voluntary Benefit offerings. As necessary, conducts internal equity reviews and evaluates relevant work experience calculated by Recruiters related to job offers. Is the primary back-up for the ePRISM compensation management system. Serves as the primary back-up for the Compensation Administrator. Assists the Compensation Administrator with the Market Based Pay process and takes full responsibility for the 1290PE MBP process. Heavy involvement with all activities related to the annual enrollment process. Assists with New Employee Orientation, New Manager Orientation and GPS Job Description training. Completes administrative work related to the Nurse Leadership Advancement Program. Primary back-up for leave and disability. Is considered a lead or go-to resources for the benefit programs.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct recent and relevant experience working with employee compensation and benefit programs; at least 5 years preferred
  • PHR or SPHR preferred; must obtain certification with 24 months of hire
