Operate Command Alkon system to wet batch through a central mixer. Make adjustments to batching equipment like plows and shoes. Help do minor service on equipment daily and do maintenance checklists to ensure it is maintained. May drive front discharge concrete mixer truck if necessary. Able to batch concrete unassisted Meet production concrete delivery schedules Properly load truck, drive truck safely in yard, discharge concrete from truck to forms Conduct meetings to communicate Safety and Lean issues to crew Operator loader without assistance Comply with all environmental regulations and policies Train others in all areas of Batch plant operations Operate all truck controls relation to the engine, transmission, & hydraulics Housekeeping as necessary to maintain work area, tools and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
Knowledgeable of all aspects of the batch plant including conveyors, hoppers, material bins, etc. and how they work and are used. Must have minimum of 5 years in concrete batching. Must have ability to control inventory levels and give accurate inventory data weekly.Pay will depend on qualificationsLooking for a self starter with a positive attitude.
