Responsible for the establishment and control of all project administration, collaboration with construction team members, continual development of construction knowledge and compliance with established construction standards.

Establish and maintain control for all project administration.
Assume responsibility and appropriately administer cost management for each project.
Accountable to management for monthly project reporting.
Schedule and conduct project meetings and closeout review.
Facilitate schedule creation, maintenance, and compliance.
Assure compliance with all standards, regulations and laws, safety policy, affirmative action, equal opportunity employment goals and protects company from risk.
Take responsibility for change and innovation.
Responsible for the overall pre-construction, construction and closeout phases of construction.
Work cooperatively with on-site construction team and ensure thorough plan/ specification review.
Frequent on-site visual project review. Walk the job to ensure compliance with standards, regulation, laws, safety policies, construction schedule, quality and specification requirements.
Assist with primary and secondary estimating and in marketing efforts.
Accomplish the procurement process (project buyout).
Prepare and execute subcontractor contracts and change orders.
Collaborate with on-site construction superintendents, architects, subcontractors, owners and owner’s representatives.
Develop an expert knowledge of construction technology and anticipate problems.
Develop friendly, personal relations with others, talks persuasively and fluently, sells ideas or other intangibles.

Education and experience to include: Minimum 7 years experience in construction related field and/or BS degree in construction management or engineering (or related field). Requires a working knowledge of estimating, project management, accounting, and construction management softwares, understanding of construction process and safety procedures.
