GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Entry level culinary position responsible for assisting with daily food prep and guest service. Prepares food or menu items as required following all basic culinary procedures and company standards to provide the highest quality food and presentation possible.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum one year previous food service experience required
Must possess dexterity in handling service equipment
Must be physically able to remain mobile for up to four consecutive hours and be able to lift equipment / food up to 30 pounds.
Minimum of high school education or equivalent
Food safety certification

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Must comply with all HACCP guidelines on a daily basis
Complete food prep and serving as instructed (methods, portion sizes, etc.)
Maintain work area cleanliness, sanitary and neat manner.
Work with other staff to ensure timely completion of all duties.
Must be familiar with food items ingredients and preparation of menu items.
Must maintain personal appearance and hygiene in a manner consistent with the Disney Look.
Assist guests in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
Must be able to accurately complete tasks with a minimum of supervision.
All other duties as assigned.
