UGA Cooperative Extension was founded in 1914 to take research-based agricultural information to the people of Georgia. The mission of UGA Cooperative Extension is to extend lifelong learning to the people of Georgia through unbiased, research-based education in agriculture, the environment, communities, youth and families.
This position serves as a UGA Public Service Faculty Member and a member of the Tattnall County Extension Staff (
) and is under the direction and leadership of the Tattnall County Extension Coordinator and the Southeast District Extension Director.
Salary & Benefits: $40,400/year minimum with a Master's Degree (Bachelor's $34,500) in an appropriate subject area as well as an excellent benefits package is available as a faculty member of the University of Georgia.
A Master's degree in a related area is strongly preferred (a Bachelor's degree in an applicable area will be considered).
