Transport documents and materials, including mail, files, packages and internal correspondence, between sites. A daily schedule is set up.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Special Deliveries.
- Mortgage filings.
- Retrieving and storing records.
- Shredding, recycling, purchasing paper.
- Trips to Sam’s Club.
- Servicing the Bank van.
- Once a week inspection of art work in each location to be sure it is hanging level.

EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School diploma or equivalent education or experience.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Must have a valid drivers license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS: Sitting or standing for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Lifting storage boxes, mail bags, etc. Normal office environment.
