Under indirect supervision, oversees and dispatches couriers based on predetermined schedules and as needed. Prioritizes patient needs and accommodates customer request. Sorts incoming/outgoing mail, runs sorting/folding machine. Prepares courier runs, incoporates add-ons into appropriate delivery schedule. Provides instruction to couriers regarding delivery specifics. May perform duties of a courier if needed.
Education, License, Certification Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess the ability to read, write, speak and follow oral instructions in English. Capable of basic math skills. Knowledge of various computer applications such as microsoft word, excel, outlook, etc.
Experience and Technical Skills Required: Current valid drivers license. 2 - 4 years experience in fleet management, up to and including six months/transportation/dispatching experience.
