Job Description:
CRM Analyst – Marketing Science

Reports to: Director of Marketing Science

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Data-driven orientation

Analyzes and interprets integrated information to improve business efficiency and effectiveness

Experience with offline CRM strategies and tactics (call center, fulfillment vendors etc…)

Ability to synthesize large amounts of information - and translate into an easily understood story

Provide analytically-driven problem solving approach to strategic initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare client-ready documents

Evaluate new programs and customer marketing opportunities to drive growth across multiple marketing channels

Fluency in Microsoft Excel

3+ years of business experience working in CRM Strategy, Marketing, Advertising or Management Consulting

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Marketing

Familiarity with the Digital Media Landscape is preferred

This is a client facing role and candidates must be comfortable in this environment
