A. Uses the College’s customer relationship management (Recruiter) system, maintains lead data and produces regular activity reports ensuring proactive follow up with prospective students
B. Communicates and promotes the College’s programs and services, both credit and non-credit, to prospective students by phone, email, Web, social media and in person
C. Oversees communications with students throughout the recruitment and admissions process including: notifications of incomplete applications, responding to inquiries, following up with prospects and scheduling admitted students for orientation, testing and other services
D. Collaborates with management team in the development of admission and enrollment goals, marketing strategies, and initiatives
E. Uses Recruiter CRM , analyzes and interprets quantitative and qualitative student enrollment data and prepares reports to facilitate reaching enrollment goals
F. Supervises support and/or technical employees and student workers
G. Recommends and implements improvements to existing technical systems and office operations
H. Liaison with academic programs and other campus offices such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Military and Veterans Services, and the Bursar
I. Oversees Image Now Digital processing operation in the Admissions Office
J. Participates in cross-training for all areas of student services including but not limited to: Admissions, Advising, Registration, and Financial Aid
K. Works on special projects as assigned, such as updating web pages, preparing recruitment materials, communicating via social media, etc.
L. Maintains appropriate competency in contemporary computer technology and identify opportunities for advancing online student services
M. Performs other duties as assigned (M.E.)

Salary Range:

Required Qualifications:
A. Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Computer Science
B. Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in higher education in Marketing or Information Technology supporting student services or in a Student Service Department
C. One (1) year of professional experience with Recruiter, Salesforce or other CRM
D. Two (2) years’ professional experience presenting information in a written and verbal formats (excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
E. One (1) year experience in Marketing with focus on a variety of media formats (Web, email, social media, print, etc.
F. Proficient in educational software and database systems such as Datatel or Banner
G. One (1) year of professional experience developing and implementing procedures concerning the use of software systems
H. Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications:
A. Experience working with digital imaging systems, i.e. Image Now
B. Experience working with Ellucian’s Datatel system
C. One (1) year supervisory experience
D. Computer programming experience

The CRM Communications Administrator will be employed a minimum of 35 hours per week on a twelve-month basis, working a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends. Normal hours will include some evenings.
