Christopher & Banks is looking for a CRM Data Analyst to work at our corporate office in Plymouth, MN.
The CRM Data Analyst will take a proactive approach to data management and data integrity. The internal CRM application is fed by a number of outside data sources and requires a methodical approach to monitoring the data imports, exports corrections and integrity of information. This position works in a collaborative environment with other CRM, Marketing and IT positions.
Performs daily operations of the CRM system including replication management, customer profile, merchandise and transactional import error/load processing, and data integrity related tasks. Creates and maintains documentation of all schedules and exception jobs.
Works with internal Business Analyst and the vendor support team to troubleshoot, address integration challenges or opportunities and manage internal support ticket issues related to CRM. Performs administrative CRM tasks.
Performs and monitors scheduled (weekly/monthly) maintenance task required by the CRM system. Assists business team with weekly/monthly operations including bonus points mass adjustments, reward certificate processing and web enrollment fulfillment processing
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
1+ year(s) experience with epicore, prefered
2 year CRM systems experience
Experience in SQL statements
Experience with database analysis
Retail experience preferred
Understanding of database structure, tables and fields
Understanding of database performance measures
Microsoft certification preferred
