We are looking for a CRM Developer to join our technology team. This newly created position will be responsible for supporting the efforts of our platform development team. In this position, you’ll have an opportunity to contribute your ideas to help develop our new product and be our in house expert.
We are developing a brand new technology platform where we will service our current business and new markets that we may enter in the future. We need someone that has CRM experience working with MS Dynamics to help us get our product to the next level. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast pace environment, can prioritize and manage multiple projects.
You will report into our Lead Software Engineer while working with a great team of individuals from various aspects of our technology department. We are looking for a team player with top-notch communication skills.
Key Qualities:
C# and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
Seasoned developer with experience working for a growing, internet company.
Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Gathering CRM requirements, configuration changes, custom coding, and production support.
Analyzing business requirements and developing software solutions that satisfy those requirements.
Documenting, designing, building, testing and ultimately releasing software solutions using Scrum methodology.
Collaborating with business users, developers and testers throughout a given project life cycle to provide clarification or resolve technical problems.
Coordinating with network operations and other staff to manage application capacity, monitoring and performance metrics.
Facilitating and troubleshooting resolutions to production issues/outages.
Must possess excellent communication skills and a superior eye for detail.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred but not required.
5 or more years experience as a senior programmer/analyst or equivalent in a software company/department required.
Has at least 3-4 years of working development experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Must possess excellent programming and technology skills in ASP.NET, JavaScript, C#, WCF and Windows Workflows Foundation.
Must possess proficient skills in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, MSMQ, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Prior programming experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM required, including customizations, custom workflows, plug-ins, and reports. Version 2011 preferred.
Ability to design and develop the plug-ins and custom-design CRM forms.
Javascript and SOAL calls for interacting with CRMs via webservices and CRM.
Familiar with Dynamic CRMs and SharePoint integration.
Familiar with Dynamics CRM cloud solution and on-premise solution and able to differentiate and work through the design limitations.
Ability to understand the business scenarios and produce CRM architecture solutions and develop it.
Document the analysis findings, specifications and technical design documents.
