Higher One is searching for a CRM Marketing Director for our New Haven, CT campus.
This position is responsible for leading our CRM efforts, which includes:
Develop and execute strategies for CRM.
Provide expertise in strategic planning, customer marketing communications, analytics, closed loop direct marketing.
Partners with analytic and technical teams to develop methods and tools to leverage customer data and measure the performance and effectiveness of campaigns.
Identify and create ways to utilize customer data to improve marketing process and strategies.
Works collaboratively across the enterprise with multiple business units to define strategies, develop implementation plans, and deliver customer-specific audiences and offers across various channels.
Develop strong relationships with data analytics team to improve understanding of the customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis.
Manage CRM team to achieve results through performance.
Develop vendor partners and relationships to support CRM efforts to cost effectively meet marketing goals.

10+ years in customer marketing, customer experience management or CRM and/or customer strategy and planning
5+ years leading CRM efforts
5+ years managing a team to achieve results through performance
Knowledge of CRM software tools
Ability to manage, drive, and optimize a highly visible program
Creative, analytical thinker with desire to test and learn
Effective communicator and presenter with the ability to lead and influence colleagues and cross-functional teams.
