Christopher & Banks is looking for a CRM Reporting Specialist in our Corporate Office located in Minneapolis, MN.
The CRM Reporting Specialist will provide the reporting supporting the CRM/Marketing team at Christopher & Banks (“CBK”). This includes customer dashboard reporting, marketing reporting, loyalty program reporting, and other ad hoc reports. This position will also responsible for managing the points within the CRM database for the loyalty program.
Provide weekly dashboard reporting to support the marketing team including:
Customer Database Statistic Report
Customer Segment Report (best, new, active, lapsed, and reactive customers)
Promo code reports
Post points for the loyalty program and manage pulling the files for the reward certificate
Report on all promo code and marketing initiatives
Update the store of residence and assigned store within the CRM database on a monthly basis
Assist the team with other CRM efforts including email, direct mail and phone lists for events, event reports, and ad-hoc reports
Collaborate with internal partners for different reporting and analysis needs
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Marketing, or equivalent business experience.
1 - 2 years of marketing reporting experience in marketing, retail or a related field.
Experience in marketing analytics and tracking of key trends.
Strong reporting skills.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Excellent project management skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail.
Timely, error-free reporting.
Ability to interact cross-functionally with departments and with third party vendors while consistently meeting deadlines.
