Job Summary: Answer VIP in-bound telephone calls and handle with a first call resolution.
- Answer VIP in-bound telephone calls while adhering to the guidelines set for VIP and complete 100% of Emergency Move In requests and 85% of all other requests each day.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Professional telephone voice
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and email
- Understanding of Market Rules and familiarity with the ERCOT portal
- Must be familiar with PUCT rules
- Must work well with others
