Job Summary: Answer VIP in-bound telephone calls and handle with a first call resolution.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Answer VIP in-bound telephone calls while adhering to the guidelines set for VIP and complete 100% of Emergency Move In requests and 85% of all other requests each day.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Professional telephone voice
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and email
  • Understanding of Market Rules and familiarity with the ERCOT portal
  • Must be familiar with PUCT rules
  • Must work well with others
