Under moderate supervision, works in a fast-pace professional call center environment providing excellent customer service to all customers. Calls worked will be both inbound and outbound. Takes first report claims calls typically involving all lines of company business. Works and completes all applications and processes necessary to attend to customer issues.
Utilizes basic understanding of relative products and systems knowledge to complete tasks independently. May be responsible for general customer service inquiries and any other project work, as assigned and as necessary.
Worker characteristics are normally acquired through the successful completion of a high school degree or equivalent (G.E.D.) and 1 - 2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Good computer skills preferred
Ability to multi-task and organize communications preferred.
