CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Quality Park Products, a division of Cenveo Corporation, a national manufacturer of envelopes, has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced hands-on Customer Service Manager reporting to the National Customer Service Manager.
- Supervision and training of busy Customer Service Department
- Interaction with several departments and outside facilities
- Assist in establishing departmental policies and procedures
Our ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience with managerial duties in a business-to-business setting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and with an ERP system
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Team oriented, self motivated, works effectively under pressure, and responds to customer needs quickly
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
