CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I
Value Options - Coppell, TX
ValueOptions is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives. As a valued member of our team, you will answer customer questions regarding claim benefits, eligibility and certifications.
The successful candidate will preferably have a bachelors or associates degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health field, and at minimum a high school diploma. Experience in customer service required. Call center experience a plus.
Our hours of operation are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. Shedules may vary. NO holiday or weekend work required.

Requirements
Education: Associates Degree or High School Diploma with at least one year of Customer Service experience.

Relevant Work Experience: Insurance background; understanding of claims payment system. Experience in managed care setting preferred; experience in an ACD environment preferred.
