A candidate place in this role will be responsible for interfacing with customers, both internal and external. Candidate will handle a variety of post-sales customer support functions including quotes, contract extensions & customer re-engagement. Prefer business & financial skills competency. Ability to make recommendations and solve problems. Promotes opportunities/recommendations to increase sale of products & services. Meets customer demands via a variety of sales/service order management reports and systems. Professionally interacts with a wide variety of people via the phone.
