We are currently looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh PA area for a 6 month contract job opportunity. The hours are M-F 8:30am-5:00pm or 9am-5:30pm. The Medical Customer Service Representative is responsible handling all customer contact received by telephone, in writing, and in person, troubleshooting inquiries and following-up with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately. Report laboratory results to clients using established protocols and document reporting or call history in the patient file and maintain appropriate records.

Qualified candidates must have at 1 year of previous Customer Service experience, preferably in a Medical setting.
