We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to provide customer service to all sales channels and current customers. The Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service to field sales, inside sales, and wholesale customers, processes wholesale customer orders including data entry into the CRM, and works directly with sales representatives to resolve any processing challenges. The Customer Service Representative answers incoming telephone calls to the Customer Satisfaction help desk and the company switchboard. This position is knowledgeable regarding product, fixtures, monthly sales and marketing promotions, and procedures to effectively support the sales representatives and current customers.
- This is a long term temp position to last approximately four to six months.
- The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of one year customer service experience (in a sales environment preferred), and a minimum of one year secretarial, administrative, or general office experience.
