Act as a liaison between the customer and Donaldson for assigned customers on order management issues.
Enter data for new orders, make changes to existing orders and complete required order acknowledgement and customer correspondence in order entry system.
Proactively investigate customer needs and anticipate order activity.
Research customer requests or complaints regarding product availability, shipment, quantity, quality, delivery and lead-time.
Work closely with manufacturing plants regarding missed shipments, short lead time orders, forecasting, trends and customer concerns.
Coordinate efforts between sales, engineering, plants and shipping to fulfill customer requests in a timely manner.
Associate's degree or two years of college and 2 or more years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. Bachelors degree preferred.
Ability to analyze and interpret data, anticipating potential road blocks and recognizing trends.
Ability to prioritize and stay on task.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and follow-through on work assigned.
Must have demonstrated organizational skills and data entry accuracy.
