Premium Retail Services has a great opening for Consumer Electronic Customer Service Representative!

Our Merchandising and Sales and Training representatives receive support from our Corporate Headquarters based in St. Louis, Missouri. Our great team work supports the planning, execution and reporting needs of a wide variety of clients across the United States.

We are expanding our Retail Call Center. You will work on a variety of programs including Consumer Electronics! This position is an entry level position that gives you the opportunity to grow with our company!

This full time benefited position is full time! You will need a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekend hours!

Responsibilities:
  • Inbound customer service & troubleshooting calls.
  • Outbound Business to Business calls for Q/A and service pre-calls.
  • Maintain call performance goals (i.e. calls per hour, avg. call duration, etc.).
  • Maintain call quality goals (i.e. greeting, presentation, closing, etc.).
  • Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy
  • Seize every opportunity to resolve the customer’s issue within the first call
  • Maintain a positive attitude and support Premium Retail Service’s motto “Gotta be Great!”
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • GED or High school diploma required.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient with PC’s.
  • Ability to properly handle constructive coaching
  • Empathy and communication skills
  • Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.
  • Effective written, verbal, and sales skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible with schedule
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
