M/F/D/V.Associate Customer Service Representative Our customer service representatives will be responsible for satisfying the needs of our valued customers, resolving billing issues, adhering to PUC guidelines and performing and maintaining credit and collection activities. This position provides an opportunity to progress to higher levels with experience.

Duties of this position include: 1. Respond to and resolve complex customer questions, concerns and complaints via calls and correspondence. 2. Review and address billing issues including errors and disputes.

This will include reviewing daily audit reports to ensure billing accuracy. 3. Perform cancel and rebill activities to address billing issues and updated payment agreements. 4.

Perform lease and identification verification for customer processing and billing. 5. Schedule service orders to address service issues and schedule new construction requests. 6 Support call center for peak requirements and satisfactory customer service.

7. Provide administrative and clerical support as needed within the Customer Service Department. Successful candidates will possess the following knowledge and skills: Strong computer software skills (such as Microsoft Office). Able to operate computerized and standard office equipment.

Fast and accurate data entry skills. Strong written " verbal communication skills; able to address customer needs in a professional and friendly manner. Organized, detail oriented, exercise discretion and operate under supervision and by following established procedures. Must be flexible " able to maintain professional disposition during diverse " stressful conditions.

Ability to work in multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment. Flexibility to work alternative shifts including nights and weekends . Minimum qualifications: One year customer service experience. Billing, credit, and call center experience strongly preferred.

Associate┬░s degree preferred. Must successfully complete related Company customer service and typing tests administered during pre-employment process. Must successfully complete related Company pre-employment extensive background check. This position is considered a covered function regulated by 49 CFR Parts 192 (the pipeline safety rules), and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
