TeamPersona is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative
· Serves as first level of escalation for problem resolution with consumer or business customers; directs, coordinates and provides the highest level of customer service to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
· Responsible for resolution and follow up regarding inquiries relating to billing, ordering, provisioning, or collection.
· Resolve most issues including repair, maintenance, billing, LSO, and/or orders.
· Proactively identifies, communicates and resolves service affecting issues, technical support for product service resolution.
· Recognizes and recommends operational improvement.
· Supports either sales or non-sales positions.
· 24X 7 environment .
· 2+ years of Call Center experience
· Ability to work any shift 1 st , 2 nd or 3 rd
· Experience with MS Office and Ticket Management
