Maintains all service areas in a timely manner ensuring that customers are served quality food.
Prepares and cuts pre-plated items for customers consumption.
Prepares potions and serves food using proper recipes and guidelines.
Sets up all food service stations using proper guidelines.
Greets customers and employees with courtesy and friendliness.
Assembles all necessary products and utensils for all service areas in a timely manner.
Reports to supervisor/manager food products of questionable quality (raw or cooked) to ensure quality standards.
Relinquishes all service stations as needed or as requested by a supervisor.
Maintains a "Clean As You Go" attitude by keeping a clean and neat work area.
Maintains clean and sanitary equipment/utensils using prescribed cleaning methods.
Adheres to sanitational guidelines to prevent food born illnesses and spread of infection.
Uses proper hand washing techniques.
Utilizes and stores cleaning agents properly.
Cleans tables and chairs as needed in dining area.
Attends all staff meetings and in-services scheduled by supervisor.
High School or GED equivalent
Must be able to read and write English
Previous experience in food service preferred, but willing to train if necessary.
Must be friendly and courteous to all customers.
Must be able to follow instructions and recipes with accuracy.
Ability to read and speak English
On going training and in-services required.
