The Cage Shift Supervisor assists the Cage Shift Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cage Department and provides excellent Customer Services. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Nation Gaming Operations policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
Associates Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
One (1) year of previous experience managing large sums of money is required.
One (1) year of previous supervisory experience.
Excellent math skills are required.
Previous experience in the use of personal computers and software is preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Occasionally sit, bend/stoop, squat, climb heights, reach above shoulder level, crouch, kneel and balance.
Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees and members of the business community in all situations.
