These positions are located at our Reading Call Center, located at 450 Penn Street, Reading, PA.
Provide consistent quality customer service to internal and external customers that meets or exceeds Sovereign's standards.
Respond to customer inquiries on account status; researching problems and concerns.
Refer customers to other departments when necessary.
Keep informed of changes in bank services and procedures.
Handle calls on bank mailings (i.e. statements, mortgage notices, escrow notices, etc.).
Other duties as assigned or requested.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months customer service experience
Basic aptitude for math
Accuracy in typing
Sound verbal and written communications necessary
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Working knowledge of different types of bank accounts preferred
PC experience helpful
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
5 week training provided and required.
