Expectations
As an employee of the Gateway Arch, you are expected to:

      * It is important to note that although we attempt to be as flexible as possible in scheduling, it is difficult to receive time off around holidays.

      Position Requirements

      Qualified candidates must be sales-oriented and comfortable with cross-selling and up-selling. Excellent guest services, phone etiquette, and verbal communication skills required. Must be detail oriented. Ability to learn all products and services of the Gateway Arch and Riverboats. Previous call center experience is a plus.

Typical Summer Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Hours of Operation
Gateway Arch
      : 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Gateway Arch Riverboats
      : 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. (varies by position)
Typical Winter Season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Hours of Operation
Gateway Arch
      : 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Gateway Arch Riverboats
      : 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. (varies by position)
Busiest Times of the Year

Required Skills
  • Must have good communication and presentation skills.
