The Call Center Agent uses the telephone system to connect interoffice and house calls. Agent will answer, screen, and route outside calls. Supplies information to callers and records messages. Makes hotel reservations. Keeps record of calls placed and toll charges as required. Operates paging system to relay in-house annoucements or call individuals to phone as needed. Excellent customer service required. Previous knowledge/experience of phone systems and computers preferred.
