Description :

The Call Center Agent is self-motivated, provides excellent customer service and is professional in demeanor. The agent should be capable of learning and utilizing a variety of computer systems, programs and has excellent typing skills. Should desire to work in a fast-paced high call volume environment while meeting established guidelines and have the ability to adapt to an always changing environment.

Duties :

Call Center Agents will assist guests for our Reno, Sparks and Wendover properties in booking their room reservations, concerts, flights, special events, providing property information and assistance to our guests. This position is responsible for being the first point of contact with guests and will need to deliver excellent service in line with our Four Diamond Rating.

Qualifications :

  • Programs include, but are not limited to: LMS, CMS, Outlook and Excel.
  • Previous Hotel or Call Center Experience preferred.
  • May be required to work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the Hotel.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
