Currently our Call Center has an opening for full-time Call Center Agents to join the team.
- Assist members of the Credit Union through electronic channels with their financial needs in a professional, friendly, knowledgeable and timely manner
- Answer incoming calls, assist with basic troubleshooting on account or product inquires
- Promote the cross-selling of Credit Union products and services, matching members and potential member’s needs with loans, eServices, investments, new memberships
- Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the success of the call center and organization
The ideal candidate will have one year of call center experience. Bilingual prefered.
We are searching for candidates who can work 37-40 hours per week. This position will require a shift of every Saturday, with a compensating day off during the week
Call Center Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:30pm. Saturday 9:00-2:00pm
This is a benefit eligible position.
