The Call Center Coach is responsible for leading the call center in communications, direction, development and coaching, training, tracking, call monitoring, support and holding department members accountable to responsibilities for our home service company.

The Call Center Coach must be a proven leader and possess a genuine heart for customer service accompanied by a warm, pleasant voice to help empathize with callers experiencing issues with their home plumbing, heating, cooling, or drain systems, and have the tenacity to remain in control of the call at all times.

This position does not require any technical background in the home service and repair industry, however at least 3 years' experience working as a Call Center Coach in a call center is required. The position also requires multi-tasking as the Call Center Coach must be able to book inbound calls and handle miscellaneous administrative duties as well.

The Call Center Coach will oversee customer concerns handled by call takers. Calls are recorded and coaching will be provided to direct reports to continuosly grow in the pursuit of world class customer service.
